About The Position

This mission-driven clinical leader will be responsible for advancing the standardization, optimization, implementation, and strategic growth of clinical informatics systems for every SNF community. This role will bridge clinical care and technology with ministry—ensuring that documentation, workflows, and data integrity support person-centered care, regulatory excellence, and the healing Carmelite mission.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN), active and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of SNF or other Long-Term Care experience.
  • Ability to travel regularly to support organizational initiatives across communities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in PointClickCare (PCC) required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with clinical informatics systems implementation and education preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead system-wide standardization and optimization of clinical informatics systems including, but not limited to, PointClickCare (PCC), Relias, and Mega Data.
  • Coordinate and lead rollout, implementation, and ongoing support of system clinical informatics platforms.
  • Travel to skilled nursing communities to provide on-site education, implementation support, workflow validation, and operational guidance.
  • Provide education, coaching, and ongoing support to clinical and operational leaders.
  • Serve as the clinical expert for informatics strategy and system optimization.
  • Ensure consistent, compliant documentation practices that support high-quality, person-centered care.
  • Align EHR functionality with organizational growth, quality outcomes, and ministry goals.
  • Ensure workflows align with CMS regulations, Quality Measures, and survey readiness.
  • Utilize reporting and analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead initiatives that drive continuous improvement, accountability, and system alignment across all communities.
