About The Position

Longitude Rx is an early-stage specialty pharmacy company developing solutions for health systems and patients. The Clinical Implementation Specialist (BMT/CGT) supports implementation of Longitude CGT’s technology platform at customer sites. The role leads clinical workflow discovery, validates workflows and documentation, trains site teams, and supports go-live and early stabilization. The specialist serves as the clinical liaison between customer sites and product and engineering teams, applying BMT and/or CGT expertise to help ensure the platform aligns with real-world clinical workflows. The position is remote and based in the Detroit/Ann Arbor area. During a six-month period, it requires travel to customer sites approximately two to three times per week for workflow discovery, training, go-live, and implementation activities; onsite travel is expected to decrease as the project becomes established.

  • Working knowledge of the CGT patient journey, including CRS/ICANS monitoring and long-term follow-up.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
  • Strong knowledge of BMT/CGT clinical workflows and patient care.
  • Ability to lead clinical workflow and implementation discussions with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication, training, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort working with evolving technology in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered if the candidate can demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the role.

Nice To Haves

  • EHR workflow build or configuration experience, including Epic Beacon or CGT-related modules.
  • FACT accreditation experience.
  • Familiarity with 340B, REMS, or CGT reimbursement and compliance requirements.
  • Client-facing implementation or project management experience.

  • Serve as the clinical subject matter expert between customer sites and Longitude CGT product and engineering teams.
  • Translate clinical workflows and site needs into clear requirements and feedback for internal teams.
  • Train CGT coordinators, nurse navigators, pharmacists, and other site staff on the platform before go-live.
  • Support customer sites through go-live and early post-launch stabilization.
  • Identify workflow gaps, implementation risks, and opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support successful onboarding and adoption of the Longitude CGT platform.
  • Adapt to evolving product capabilities and customer needs while maintaining clinical workflow integrity.
