This role is responsible for performing full-cycle recruiting functions. This includes understanding job requirements, sourcing candidates through various channels like social networking, phone screening, email communication, documentation, summarizing candidate profiles, and presenting qualified candidates. The recruiter will identify candidates with the appropriate skills to match job requirements and regularly interact with Hiring Managers to understand openings, shifts, and all other requirements. Effective resourcing strategies such as cold calling, utilizing ATS and job boards, engaging with schools, networking, and leveraging employee referrals are expected. The role requires experience in the full life cycle of recruiting, including screening resumes, interviewing, and extending offers, as well as maintaining the candidate database.
