About The Position

Movn Health is the leading virtual cardiac rehab program. Our proven program helps patients recover at home, on their schedule, with outcomes that match in-person rehab and significant cost savings per patient. The goal is to grow access to rehab within provider and payer partners to improve and extend patient lives. This role will be the on-the-ground representative across upstate New York and Western Massachusetts, responsible for visiting cardiology practices, hospitals, and provider offices to build awareness, drive referrals, and troubleshoot issues with patient enrollment.

Requirements

Clinically conversant (RN, LPN, exercise physiologist, MA, paramedic/EMT, cardiac rehab or telemetry tech, or a health-science degree).
Background with past experience of troubleshooting and increasing patient flow in an organization.
Naturally social, enjoying walking into new offices and building rapport; persistent, not pushy.
A sharp, self-directed problem-solver who manages their own schedule and investigates issues before asking for help.
Mobile, requiring a reliable car, valid license, and comfort with regular day travel.

Responsibilities

Optimize and increase referrals in partner locations to grow impact and revenues.
Visit cardiology practices, hospital cardiac units, and primary care offices on a regular circuit across Upstate New York and Massachusetts.
Introduce the Movn program to physicians, nurses, and care coordinators, becoming a familiar point of contact.
Troubleshoot on-site when referrals slow down or patients aren't enrolling, identifying and resolving process breakdowns.
Report feedback from the field, including objections, workflow friction, and coverage questions.
Make presentations to partners to educate them on the Movn program and address questions or roadblocks.
