About The Position

We’re looking for a Front Office Manager to lead and optimize front office operations across all Sadler sites and service lines. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, you’ll serve as the enterprise owner of front office performance — driving patient access strategy, operational excellence, and an exceptional patient experience from the moment someone walks through our doors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, nursing, or healthcare administration
  • 3+ years in medical practice or healthcare call center operations
  • 1+ year of direct supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with EHR/practice management systems

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to operationalize patient access, flow, and front office strategy across all locations
  • Establish, monitor, and report on front office KPIs including fill rates, no-show rates, call center metrics, and access-to-care benchmarks
  • Directly supervise Front Office Supervisors and the Patient Access & Training Supervisor — providing coaching, accountability, and development
  • Lead hiring, performance management, and corrective action processes in partnership with Human Resources
  • Oversee provider template design and EHR schedule optimization to maximize access and productivity
  • Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Quality, and Risk teams to ensure billing accuracy, regulatory compliance, and UDS/PCMH alignment
  • Own the Patient Experience strategy for front office operations including complaint resolution and service recovery
