About The Position

Blossom Health is dedicated to addressing the mental health crisis in America by collaborating with psychiatrists to enhance access to affordable, timely, and effective mental healthcare. Our AI-native care platform is utilized by hundreds of clinicians and thousands of patients. We are a Series A company with over $20 million in funding from prominent investors. As a Clinical Field Liaison, your role will be to promote Blossom within the field, increasing awareness of our mental healthcare services among providers and patients. Your main objective is to drive patient referrals to Blossom by cultivating and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and their teams, including physicians, specialists, therapists, office managers, and social workers. You will represent Blossom in your designated region, serving as a trusted partner who offers solutions to providers seeking psychiatric assistance for their patients. This is a full-time position requiring residency in Queens, Brooklyn, or Long Island, New York.

Requirements

  • Proven success in provider-facing field sales, with a track record of outstanding results in engaging healthcare providers.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently build and grow a territory from the ground up with strategic ownership.
  • Strong professional presence and the ability to influence and connect with all levels of a medical office staff.
  • Strong rigor, discipline, and proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
  • Comfort with quickly learning new systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Passion for Blossom's mission to ensure every American has access to effective, affordable mental healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Spend approximately 4 days per week in the field, meeting with providers within your territory.
  • Proactively research, prospect, and identify new provider partners.
  • Build trust and credibility with leads, converting them into loyal referral partners who entrust Blossom with caring for their patients' psychiatric needs.
  • Develop authentic, long-term relationships with providers and clinic staff, ensuring the entire office supports patient referrals.
  • Help shape the Clinical Liaison function by refining processes, creating resources, and sharing best practices.
