About The Position

Join a team that truly supports you—professionally and personally. At SaLTS, we believe your Clinical Fellowship year should feel like a guided, supported transition—not something you have to “figure out” on your own. We’re a large, well-established private practice built on collaboration, mentorship, and genuine connection. When you join us as a CF, you won’t just be starting a job—you’ll be joining a team that is invested in your growth, your confidence, and your long-term success as a clinician. SaLTS is a dynamic private practice in Dartmouth, MA owned by Julie, a speech-language pathologist with 30 years of experience. This means she is wise enough to surround herself with energetic, caring and exceptional SLPs and SLPs. We are a happy group of eleven, with seven therapists and three administrative staff. SaLTS is well established in the Greater New Bedford area, going on 18 years with new management style adopted within the last few years. We are employee focused to ensure a great working atmosphere, with therapy materials and all necessary equipment provided, competitive pay, excellent benefits package including health insurance reimbursement account, 401k with 3% match, vacation time, sick time, holiday pay, and oh yes, a four day workweek MON-THU (5 days optional for a little extra $$).
