About The Position

As a pediatric clinician, you will have the chance to work with many children from elementary to high-school. Our teammates are dedicated to the treatment of our young patients, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet your child’s needs. Parents and caregivers interaction is important, so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist within the respective state.
Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

Work with children from elementary to high-school.
Provide individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care.
Interact with parents and caregivers to help them carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
Provide speech therapy services in a school setting.
Deliver best-in-class care and witness exceptional patient outcomes.
Spend more time with patients focusing on their individualized treatment plan due to reasonable caseloads.
Mentor students if experienced.
