The Clinical Fellow, Speech-Language Pathologist will build and carry a target caseload of 22 billable hours per week and will receive a minimum of 4 hours of direct supervision and support per week from a licensed, ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist. This role involves providing evaluation and treatment services for pediatric clients across a range of communication disorders, maintaining a caseload, conducting comprehensive speech-language evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing evidence-based intervention strategies, providing caregiver coaching and family education, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members. The fellow is also responsible for completing timely and accurate clinical documentation, maintaining accurate records of billable services, participating in team meetings and continuing education opportunities, and actively engaging in weekly direct supervision sessions. The position requires completing all ASHA Clinical Fellowship requirements, accepting and applying constructive feedback, and engaging in ongoing self-reflection and professional development throughout the fellowship year.
