About The Position

Paradigm Rehabilitation is excited to welcome Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows to join our 2025 Clinical Fellowship Program. Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Possession of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) limited license (Paradigm assists with obtaining this license)

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visit assessments and provide speech therapy treatment to patients across various age groups
• Document treatment plans and patient progress accurately using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Demonstrate strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clinical team and office staff
• Maintain current CPR certification and strict adherence to safety protocols
• Participate in weekly virtual clinical meetings and monthly in-person mentorship sessions with the Clinical Director
