This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in your career. The Clinical Expert is a part of Siemens Enterprise Services. In your role you will advise and assist customers using Siemens portfolio, tools and services, help drive efficiency and effectiveness in health system processes, including improving quality while reducing cost. You will be responsible for: • You will analyze customers’ business requirements within complex healthcare environments by applying data and workflow process knowledge to enabling operational and clinical objectives. • You will manage customer engagements to drive measurable, sustainable improvements in clinical, operational, and financial outcomes. • You will lead project teams and conduct status checks with customer to assess progress against plans and timelines to successfully meet the goals of the engagement. • You will prepare and present project status reports and assist in sales support interactions

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of current trends in healthcare, including value-based healthcare, population health management.
  • Knowledge of healthcare economics, budgeting process, and financial planning.
  • Strong operational knowledge in interventional cardiology, or peri-operative services.
  • Project/program management and/or consulting experience in a performance improvement environment in healthcare.
  • Applied understanding of analytics, workflow optimization, and clinical pathways.
  • Professional oral and written presentation skills in the customer environment, and team and customer orientation.
  • Good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Clinical nursing or imaging credentials with a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Healthcare related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of combined clinical and administrative experience in a healthcare setting working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel up to 60%

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Degree in a related business, management, communications, or clinical healthcare field preferred.
  • Process improvement experience with a LEAN/Continuous Improvement background preferred.
