About The Position

Performs clinical applications support duties with the clinicians and staff providing patient care in the ambulatory clinic setting. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and opportunities to improve efficiencies within the EMR Develop plans/trainings for end users utilizing data analytics Partner with the EMR team to create best practice workflows for staff Act as a liaison between clinical staff, leadership, and the EMR team Review patient data to make medical workflows safer and more efficient Troubleshoot hardware and software problems reported by clinical team members Analyze clinical and operational data to improve documentation quality and patient outcomes

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and 4 years of experience in medical/electronic medical records
• or a combination of education and experience to equal eight (8) years.
