About The Position

Cortica is seeking a Clinical Excellence Supervisor to join its expanding team. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing clinical care standards at Cortica. The supervisor will manage and deliver training programs focused on Cortica’s unique whole-child approach, oversee the onboarding of new hires across various disciplines, and ensure the high quality of clinical services provided. The position also involves acting as a local expert on Cortica’s whole-child approach at designated centers and serving as an ABA supervisor. This includes managing clinical programming for patients undergoing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Treatment and providing support and supervision to team members and Behavior Interventionists. Requirements

Master’s degree
Current and unrestricted certification from the BACB as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Ability to maintain proper licensure in states of practice as required
5+ years of experience as a clinical and operational leader in ABA
3+ years leadership experience in a high-growth or large-scale organization

Responsibilities

Collaborate with site leadership (ABA Site Manager, DT Site Manager or Supervisor, Site Operations Manager) to coordinate and deliver in-person orientation as the Orientation Lead.
Train teammates to deliver orientation trainings, providing feedback and guidance.
Audit and observe clinicians to ensure alignment with Cortica’s whole child approach, providing feedback and recommendations.
Identify center training needs based on clinical quality data and site leadership input.
Provide feedback to the Senior Manager of ABA Clinical Excellence regarding training, orientation, and clinical care quality.
Ensure the center is up-to-date with orientation and continued learning processes, practices, and content.
Contribute to training program development based on identified needs.
Maintain a productivity target between 60-80% of base BCBA productivity target.
Complete Assessment and Treatment plans following Cortica’s clinical model, BACB and insurance guidelines.
Participate in change management planning and support for center initiatives and associated training.
Provide direct clinical and supervisory support to therapy clients and Behavior Interventionists.
Ensure quality clinical care, meeting all minimum supervisory and parent training hours and maintaining productivity expectations.
Provide monthly supervision to assigned RBT’s and/or BCATs, completing paperwork and at least 5% of ABA supervision hours in 1:1 and/or group supervision experiences.
Monitor and update programming aspects of each client’s clinical case and update the team.
Organize and analyze data for progress report writing.
Meet with ABA Site Manager to review scheduled hours and ensure optimization of supervision and parent training hours.
Participate in insurance authorization reviews with support from the ABA Site Leader.
Participate in and/or lead department meetings.
Participate in Clinical Integration Meetings for clients on caseload.
Prioritize and assist in the implementation of safety initiatives.
