This role serves as the operational leader between the field, vendors, operations teams, and the Director of Equipment, ensuring equipment standards, responsiveness, accountability, and preventive planning are executed consistently across supported offices. This position requires strong technical knowledge of dental equipment, operational discipline, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead initiatives to improve systems and processes.
