Requirements

• 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience (required)
• Experience leading teams and driving operational performance (required)
• Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs)
• Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred
• Experience requirements will be waived for successful graduates of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site operations, budgets, and performance with clear accountability.
• Set expectations, coach leaders, and raise the standard of execution for the team.
• Translate metrics into action to improve uptime, compliance, and service.
• Partner with hospital executives and ensure readiness for inspections.
