About The Position

The Clinical Engineering Operations Manager leads a clinical engineering operation with responsibility for its performance, people, and patient impact. The role oversees multi-site operations, budgets, and business performance, including P&L responsibility. The manager sets expectations, coaches leaders, develops teams, and improves operational execution by translating metrics into actions that support equipment uptime, compliance, and service.

The position partners with hospital executives and ensures readiness for inspections. It calls for an accountable leader who can assess complex environments, make operational and financial decisions, and communicate effectively with executives and technicians. Requirements

• At least 5 years of management experience in a clinical engineering environment, or proven leadership experience with business acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading teams and driving operational performance.
• Financial management skills, including budgets, revenue, and costs.

• Technical certification such as A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, or CCE.
