About The Position

Vira Health is a women's healthcare technology company that provides virtual clinical care, educational resources, and support across fertility, hormonal health, pregnancy, parenting, perimenopause, menopause, and family health. It partners with employers and health plans to improve health outcomes and expand access to evidence-based women's healthcare worldwide. The Clinical Educator works in Vira Health's Member Zone, providing focused virtual education sessions to help members understand health concerns, interpret medical information, and prepare for conversations with their healthcare providers. Sessions last 15–30 minutes and are education-only; they do not involve clinical evaluation, prescribing, or ongoing management. The role also includes group education, asynchronous responses to general non-urgent health questions, development and review of educational content, and collaboration on clinical quality and member education protocols. Initial opportunities begin at four hours per month, with potential to increase based on member demand, performance, and geographic expansion. Scheduling is flexible, with some availability for live sessions in relevant geographies and during UK, US, or Canadian business hours helpful. The position is remote and part-time, with a focus on Turkish-speaking members and women's health in Turkey.
