About The Position

The Clinical Educator is the steward of clinical readiness and consistency across every Bluebird Kids practice. As we grow across Florida, this registered nurse ensures that every medical assistant, nurse, and provider, whether in a practice that has been open for years or one opening next month, delivers care that is safe, consistent, and aligned with our clinical standards and value-based quality goals. The role owns our clinical training infrastructure: onboarding and ongoing skills assessment and development, required certifications and compliance training, clinical policies and procedures, and the learning loop that turns clinical incidents into better processes. This is a hands-on, statewide role. The Clinical Educator lives in Florida, spends time in each practice at least once a month, and leads on-site clinical training for every new practice launch. The right person is equal parts skilled pediatric nurse, teacher, and operator: someone who can coach a medical assistant on vaccine administration in the morning, close certification gaps across the organization in the afternoon, and write the policy that keeps both consistent.

  • 5+ years of RN experience, including at least 3 years in pediatrics, with ambulatory or primary care strongly preferred.

Partner with quality leadership on improvement work tied to our value-based quality measures, including well-child visits, immunizations, and screenings.
  • Required trainings, tracking, and compliance. Own the system of record for staff and provider licenses, certifications, and required trainings.
