Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare, or related field
• Valid clinical license or certification relevant to the healthcare setting
• Proven experience in clinical education, ED/Med Surg, training, or a related role
• Strong knowledge of clinical protocols, procedures, and best practices
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
• Organizational skills, budget and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate clinical education programs tailored to the needs of healthcare staff
• Conduct training sessions, education workshops to improve clinical competencies
• Collaborate with clinical teams to identify educational gaps and develop targeted learning solutions
• Conduct BLS, ACLS and PALS training for staff and new hires
• Stay current with the latest clinical practices, guidelines, and industry standards
• Provide mentorship and support to new and existing staff to foster continuous learning
• Assess the effectiveness of educational initiatives and recommend improvements
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress
• Forms education for all new services lines, over sees all clinical education for the hospital
• Manages community based programs, including community health fairs, education and training events
