New England Life Care currently has an opening for a Clinical Educator. The normal schedule for this role is 2-3 weekdays between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm. This role is 80% remote and only requires you to be on-site when completing competencies and training for nursing staff. No weekends required. Job Summary: Ensure the highest quality patient care, service, and satisfaction through education of new and existing NELC employees with a particular focus on the on-boarding, initial training and continuing professional development of clinical liaison staff. Develop and conduct educational programs for home health agency staff to promote quality patient care. Develop and conduct CEU programs to support the implementation and advancement of NELC strategic plans and initiatives.
