About The Position
ProHealth Care is seeking a dedicated Clinical Educator for Oncology Services. This role is crucial in supporting the health and well-being of our community by contributing to the education and development of clinical staff. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
- 3+ years of experience in clinical education, training and development, or nursing professional development.
- Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse license.
- Previous clinical nursing experience in oncology, infusion therapy, hematology, radiation oncology, or a related clinical specialty.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in Nursing preferred.
- Experience with chemotherapy, biotherapy, immunotherapy, or infusion services strongly preferred.
- Oncology Nursing Certification preferred: chemotherapy and biotherapy provider certification needed.
- ACLS Instructor and PALS Instructor certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical education, training, and development within Oncology Services.
- Support nursing professional development.
- Ensure staff are proficient in chemotherapy, biotherapy, immunotherapy, or infusion services.
- Maintain staff certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
