Clinical Nurse - Pain Management - ProHealth Care
About The Position
Join a high-performing interventional pain management team delivering advanced, procedure-driven outpatient care. This is an opportunity to practice in a specialty environment while maintaining a predictable weekday schedule. Our Pain Management Clinic operates at three locations, Waukesha Memorial Hospital and the Outpatient Physician’s Center in Oconomowoc, and Mukwonago Hospital completing approximately 700 to 800 outpatient visits monthly. We provide a wide range of interventional procedures including epidural injections, facet injections, radio-frequency ablations, spinal cord stimulator trials and implants, and medication pump trials. You will work alongside anesthesiologists, a physician assistant, radiologic technologists, and a strong team of experienced RNs in a collaborative, team-based setting focused on precision, safety, and patient-centered outcomes. This position is ideal for nurses seeking flexibility while maintaining exposure to a specialized procedural environment.
Requirements
- RN license
- Experience in a procedural environment
- Skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and procedural monitoring
- Ability to support sedation workflows
- Strong patient and family education skills

Nice To Haves
- Experience in interventional pain management

Responsibilities
- Provide pre- and post-procedure nursing care in an outpatient interventional setting.
- Perform patient assessments, medication administration, and procedural monitoring.
- Support sedation workflows and collaborate closely with anesthesiology providers.
- Educate patients and families regarding procedures, recovery expectations, and pain management plans.
- Maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and clinical excellence in a fast-paced specialty clinic.
