About The Position

The Clinical Education Manager will drive clinical specialization through thought leadership, innovation, and accountability within a modality/segment to deliver a best-in-class clinical education team and customer experience. Lead the business-specific (Invasive Cardiology) clinical education programs internally (Clinical Applications Specialist) and for external customers. Partnering with the global product and engineering teams to integrate clinical expertise and customer insights into future product development. Serves as clinical subject matter expert for assigned modality ensuring audit readiness and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5yrs experience as healthcare professional.
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical applications organization.
  • Excellent product/connectivity understanding.
  • Working knowledge and healthy curiosity of current healthcare market trends.
  • Excellent communication and moderating skills with demonstrated ability to engage with employee and customers at all levels.
  • Ability to resolve complex issues within functional area and/or area of expertise.
  • Ability to develop and execute priorities and approaches to meet objectives.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% with occasional overnight stays depending on geography and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop training programs/presentations to improve product, application, and presentation skills of clinical applications team.
  • Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration to drive standardization of relevant programs across the business.
  • Partnering with Director, Clinical Applications (DCA) to create and manage CAS Training Plans & documentation of product competency.
  • Proactively communicates clinical policy and procedure guidelines through monitoring industry advancements, trends, and objectives and implement into CAS (Clinical Applications Specialist) team (default settings, clinical practice standards, etc.).
  • Support resource planning efforts including final interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Provides leadership accountability for management of customer post-sale escalations.
  • Promote clinical applications education through customer lifecycle with solutions, including conferences and symposiums.
  • Delivers clinical perspective to support FMIs (Field Modification Instruction), working in tandem with DCA.
  • Develop and maintain required well-written pre and post training documentation templates in conjunction with global guidance.
  • Exercise a quality mindset, maintaining, implementing, and monitoring processes as part of the Quality Management System.
  • Lead the transformation of clinical education delivery from predominantly in-person training to a scalable, blended learning model incorporating digital, virtual, and self-directed learning experiences.
  • Serve as a champion for digital education strategies, driving adoption of innovative learning technologies, digital tools, and modern instructional approaches across the Invasive Cardiology portfolio.
  • Develop and deliver engaging educational content across multiple formats, including virtual instructor-led training, on-demand learning modules, webinars, video-based learning, and interactive digital resources.
  • Act as a visible and credible on-camera educator, creating compelling video content, product demonstrations, and clinical training materials that enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Clinical Specialists, and Marketing teams to influence the design, development, and implementation of digital education capabilities that support customer and commercial needs.
