About The Position
Gentle Dental Braintree is seeking a Clinical Director to lead a modern, fully digital practice while continuing to provide full-time patient care. This is a leadership role where you will mentor providers, maintain clinical autonomy, and build long-term equity. The practice has a FFS/PPO patient base and offers a wide range of procedures, including multi-specialty services performed in-house. You will have the opportunity to become an equity partner and collaborate with on-site specialists.
