Gentle Dental Norwood is seeking a Clinical Director to lead a modern, fully digital practice while continuing to provide full-time patient care. This is a leadership opportunity to mentor providers, maintain clinical autonomy, and deliver comprehensive dentistry in a high-demand setting. The office is located just outside Boston in Norwood, MA, offering strong patient demand and convenient access to the city and surrounding suburbs.
Requirements
- Full-time patient care capability.
- Willingness to mentor and lead a clinical team.

- Experience performing comprehensive dentistry.
- Experience with a wide range of procedures (multi-specialty, all in-house).
- Experience with FFS/PPO patient base.
