About The Position
Gentle Dental Peabody is seeking a Clinical Director to lead a modern, fully digital practice while continuing to provide full-time patient care. This is a leadership opportunity to mentor providers, maintain clinical autonomy, and build long-term equity. The office is a modern, fully digital practice with a FFS/PPO patient base, offering a wide range of procedures with multi-specialty, all in-house. It is a leadership role with the opportunity to mentor and grow the clinical team, and an opportunity to become an equity partner. There is a strong, established patient base and a collaborative team with specialists on-site.

- Experienced dentist who enjoys both patient care and leading a team.
- Ability to work alongside a strong clinical and support team.
