About The Position
The Clinical Director will lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services. This role involves overseeing patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health. The Clinical Director will also provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care. A key aspect of this role is fostering a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center.
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Experience in clinical leadership
- Ability to mentor RBTs and supervise trainees
- Knowledge of ABA best practices and therapeutic techniques
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in behavioral health

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services.
- Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

- Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
