About The Position
ACADEMY Social Skills is seeking a Clinical Director to lead and manage the clinical team in delivering high-quality ABA therapy services. This role involves overseeing patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health. The Clinical Director will also provide training and support to staff, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care. Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Experience in ABA therapy
- Leadership and management skills
- Ability to develop and implement treatment plans
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health
- Strong training and support skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services.
- Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.
- Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center.
