About The Position

The Clinical Director will lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services. This role involves overseeing patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health. The Clinical Director will also provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaboration with families, caregivers, and other professionals is key to ensuring comprehensive, compassionate care. Fostering a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center is also a primary responsibility.

Requirements

  • BCBA certification
  • Experience in ABA therapy services
  • Ability to lead and manage a clinical team
  • Skills in overseeing patient assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health
  • Experience in providing training and support to staff
  • Ability to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
  • Strong collaboration skills with families, caregivers, and other professionals

Responsibilities
