About The Position

Rite of Passage is hiring a Clinical Director at Joann Bridges Academy in Greenville, Florida. The Clinical Director is primarily responsible for assessing students’ mental health needs; supervising the staff and activities involved in individual, group, and family therapy; and monitoring students with mental illness and/or students receiving psychotropic medications. The role offers the opportunity to help create a positive, safe, and supportive environment for youth in a residential treatment and educational program.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work or human services.
• Four years of related experience in residential facility management.
• Current Florida license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• CACIII credential.

Responsibilities

• Assess students’ mental health needs.
• Supervise staff and activities that provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor students with mental illness and/or students receiving psychotropic medications.
• Help create a positive, safe, and supportive environment for youth.
