Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Services, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in inpatient behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Nice To Haves

• Previous clinical supervision or leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP) regulations and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission accreditation standards.
