About The Position

The Clinical Director directs and coordinates the rehabilitation program, ensures compliance with established program policies and procedures, and oversees timely completion of reporting requirements. The Clinical Director ensures clients receive the full spectrum of mental health services during their stay and treatment in accordance with objectives in their treatment plans. The role also includes providing in-service training as needed and supervising program staff. Crestwood’s recovery programs focus on personal, self-directed recovery and compassionate communities. At Crestwood Eureka, programs use recovery-based tools including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), and offer recreational activities and resources that support clients’ personal, dual-recovery, and spiritual goals.

Requirements

Current California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist.
Two years of experience or training in a mental health setting.
At least one year of experience or training in program development for persons with severe and persistent mental disabilities.
