About The Position

The Clinical Director directs and coordinates the rehabilitation program, ensures compliance with established program policies and procedures, and oversees timely completion of reporting requirements. The role ensures clients receive the full spectrum of mental health services during their stay and treatment, as identified in their treatment plans. The Clinical Director also provides in-service training as needed and supervises program staff. This position is for the Riverside Crisis Residential Treatment Program (CRTP), a short-term, structured, non-institutional residential service designed as an alternative to psychiatric hospitalization for people experiencing an acute mental health crisis. The new campus has a tentative opening date of January 4, 2027, with staff training beginning in December.

Requirements

Current California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist.
Two years’ experience or training in a mental health setting.
At least one year of experience or training in program development for persons with severe and persistent mental disabilities.

Responsibilities
