About The Position
Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a Clinical Director for its Detox and Residential treatment facility in Lake Ariel, PA. This role involves providing daily clinical leadership and supervision to ensure the smooth functioning of the facility and the full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap. The Clinical Director will cultivate and maintain a skilled clinical treatment team, offering consistent oversight, support, and professional development. Additionally, the role includes overseeing client engagement and morale, fostering a warm and encouraging recovery-oriented atmosphere, and ensuring impeccable and timely client documentation in collaboration with Utilization Review.
Requirements
- Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred
- 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred
- 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients
- Current licensure necessary to practice as Clinical Director in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

- Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary
