About The Position
Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a Clinical Director for their Detox and Residential treatment facility in Lake Ariel, PA. This role involves providing daily clinical leadership and supervision to ensure smooth daily operations, overseeing the execution of the clinical program roadmap, and cultivating a skilled clinical treatment team. The Clinical Director will also be responsible for overseeing client engagement and morale, fostering a supportive atmosphere, and ensuring timely and impeccable client documentation in collaboration with Utilization Review.
Requirements
- Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred
- 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred
- 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients
- Current licensure necessary to practice as Clinical Director in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
Responsibilities
- Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function
- Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap
- Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development
- Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery-oriented atmosphere
- Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary
