Under the direction of the Chief Operations Officer, the Clinical Director of Education Services is responsible for the clinical oversight of St. Joseph’s Villa’s educational programs. In collaboration with the Director of Education and within a systems-based framework, this role ensures adherence to the highest professional ethical standards and alignment with St. Joseph’s Villa’s mission, values, and guiding principles. The Clinical Director identifies and implements clinical models and services within the Villa’s schools and provides direct oversight of all educational clinicians, including BCBAs, clinicians, speech-language pathologists, registered behavior technicians (RBTs), behavior specialists, and behavior interventionists. This role co-leads the Villa Education Center and Dooley School with the Director of Education. The Clinical Director guides clinical work in a team-based environment, establishes and maintains relationships with community resources, and serves as an advocate for students and the Villa in the community.
