About The Position

Clinical Director in Training (CDIT) McFarland Villa Assisted Living and Madison Pointe Assisted Living are seeking an aspiring Clinical Director to join our Clinical Director in Training (CDIT) Program through Pinnacle Senior Living. This unique leadership development opportunity is designed for motivated nursing professionals who are passionate about resident care and ready to grow into a Clinical Director role within senior living. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world leadership experience, the CDIT program provides the knowledge and skills needed to successfully lead clinical operations within an assisted living community. The Clinical Director in Training (CDIT) will work closely with experienced leaders to learn all aspects of clinical operations within assisted living. This role is designed to develop future Clinical Directors by providing exposure to resident care management, regulatory compliance, leadership development, team building, and community operations. The CDIT will assist with daily clinical functions while completing the training and development necessary to transition into a Clinical Director position.

Requirements

  • Experience interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating staff.
  • Current and unrestricted LPN, LVN, or RN license in the state of practice.
  • Current certifications and licensure required by state regulations.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, or healthcare.

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Passion for serving seniors and creating meaningful resident experiences.

Responsibilities
