Our client is looking for an experienced BCBA who is ready to grow into a Clinical Director role. If you're passionate about providing high-quality clinical care and have the desire to lead and mentor others, we'll provide the opportunity and support to help you get there. This is an ideal opportunity for a BCBA who wants to move into leadership while continuing to provide outstanding clinical services.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
- Experience supervising RBTs and providing parent training.
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills.
- A passion for mentoring others and developing leadership skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision for a manageable caseload.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
- Work alongside executive leadership while developing the skills needed to become a Clinical Director.
- Gradually assume additional leadership responsibilities as you grow into the role.
