About The Position

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Clinical Direct Support Professionals to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with diverse needs. The role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, supporting independence, implementing individualized care plans under clinical staff supervision, and monitoring and documenting clients’ progress, behaviors, and health status. The position works collaboratively with team members, families, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment. The schedule is 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. Pay is $20 per hour. The organization offers ongoing training, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for professional growth in the healthcare field.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude toward clients.
Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and sensitivity.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
Valid driver’s license.
Auto insurance policy with minimum coverage of $100,000/$300,000.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

Relevant certifications such as CPR or First Aid.
Prior experience in a healthcare, social services, or support role.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
Support clients in developing and maintaining independence skills.
Implement individualized care plans under the supervision of clinical staff.
Monitor and document clients’ progress, behaviors, and health status.
Foster a safe, respectful, and positive environment for clients.
Collaborate with team members, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Respond promptly to clients’ needs and emergencies, following established protocols.
