About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Direct Support Professional to provide essential support to individuals with diverse clinical needs and help ensure they receive high-quality care in a respectful, nurturing environment. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, implementing individualized care plans under healthcare professionals’ supervision, monitoring and documenting health and progress, and supporting clients’ independence and well-being. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., at $20 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude toward clients.
Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and sensitivity.
Valid driver’s license.
Auto insurance with minimum policy coverage of $100,000/$300,000.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

Relevant certifications, such as CPR or First Aid, are preferred.
Prior experience in a healthcare, social services, or support role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, medication management, and mobility support.
Implement individualized care plans under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
Monitor and document clients’ health status, behaviors, and progress.
Provide emotional support and encouragement to promote independence and well-being.
Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive and consistent care.
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients.
Follow safety protocols and confidentiality policies in accordance with healthcare regulations.
