About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Direct Support Professional to provide essential support to individuals with clinical needs. The role involves delivering personalized care in a safe and respectful environment and helping clients maintain their independence and well-being. The position offers full-time or part-time work, with a schedule requiring weekend availability and weekday flexibility across shifts of 7 a.m.–3 p.m., 3 p.m.–11 p.m., and 11 p.m.–7 a.m. The stated pay is $20 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude toward clients.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and sensitivity.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Valid driver's license.
• Auto insurance policy with minimum coverage of $100,000/$300,000.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant certifications, such as CPR or First Aid, are preferred.
• Prior experience in a healthcare, social services, or support role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, medication management, and mobility support.
• Implement individualized care plans under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and document clients’ health status, behaviors, and progress.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to promote independence and well-being.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive and consistent care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for clients.
• Follow safety protocols and confidentiality policies.
