About The Position
Take the next step in your career with Unidine as a Clinical Dietitian in South Bend, IN! This role is located at Holy Cross Rehabilitation & Wellness, a senior rehab and LTCS setting. The schedule is full time, Monday - Friday. New grads are welcome to apply. The salary range is $76k - $81k. Requirements
- Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
- Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
- Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to residents, families, staff, and the community
- Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
- Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing resident care and clinical excellence
- Partner with the food service management team to help achieve resident satisfaction and service goals
- Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable
