Clinical Dietician - Per Diem

About The Position
The Clinical Dietician is responsible for performing nutrition screening and assessments, developing and implementing nutrition care plans, and providing nutrition education to patients and their families. This per-diem position is in the CVMC Cardiac Rehab department at Central Vermont Medical Center in Berlin, Vermont. It has no committed hours and is not benefit eligible.
Requirements
- Active status as a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the principles of growth and development, aging and geriatric care, pregnancy and lactation, nutrition support, and patient education and counseling.
Nice To Haves
- Vermont certification preferred.
- A minimum of one year of experience as a registered dietitian in an acute health care facility is preferred.
