The Clinical Department Supervisor I provides frontline leadership and operational oversight for assigned clinical and behavioral health staff while supporting quality member care, staff development, clinical operations, and program success. Working closely with the Clinical Program Manager and clinical leadership team, this position helps ensure services are delivered in a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and member-centered environment.
