Clinical Customer Service Rep - SICU Full time – Evening shift – 40 hours. 3:00pm – 11:30pm The Clinical Customer Service Representative works as the central point of contact on the care unit for patients, families, visitors and members of the health care team. This is a fast-paced position that requires professional, friendly and efficient performance of the daily duties. The ideal candidate will possess the highest level of Customer Service skills, knowledge of information & computer systems, the ability to work and assist with Nursing staff & Administrative staff, all in the effort to meet the needs of the unit, department in accordance with Johns Hopkins Hospital policy and procedures. The Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU - Zayed 9 East) at Johns Hopkins is an 18-bed unit with a diverse patient population receiving various types of surgeries in this ICU, including, Abdominal Transplant, Cardiac Surgery patients, GI Surgery, Trauma, Vascular Surgery, Ortho/Neuro Spine procedures and General Surgery. The SICU team is composed of a unit based multi-disciplinary team. Registered Nurses (RNs) in the SICU take great pride in providing high quality post-operative surgical care every day!
