About The Position

The Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a Clinical Crisis Supervisor for its CBHC Mobile Crisis Program in Chicopee, MA. This role involves working in a team environment to provide care to youth and adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use-related crises. Services include crisis evaluation, urgent psychiatry, case management, and peer support. The program operates 7 days a week, and this is a full-time, 2nd shift position (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Sunday - Thursday).

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree with LICSW or LMHC License required.
  • Licensed clinicians or license-eligible with 3 years of clinical crisis experience.
  • Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle for travel between program locations.
  • Approved driving record check.
  • Approved criminal background check (CORI).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct triage, assessments, clinical consultation, and care coordination for adults and children.
  • Assign cases and manage workflow during the shift.
  • Supervise a team of clinicians.
  • Facilitate Inter-Disciplinary Team meetings.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and records in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
