About The Position

The Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a Clinical Crisis Supervisor for its CBHC Mobile Crisis Program in Chicopee, MA. This role involves working in a team environment to provide care to youth and adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use-related crises. Services include crisis evaluation, urgent psychiatry, case management, and peer support. The program operates 7 days a week, and this is a full-time, 2nd shift position (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Sunday - Thursday).

Requirements

Master’s Degree with LICSW or LMHC License required.
Licensed clinicians or license-eligible with 3 years of clinical crisis experience.
Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle for travel between program locations.
Approved driving record check.
Approved criminal background check (CORI).

Responsibilities

Conduct triage, assessments, clinical consultation, and care coordination for adults and children.
Assign cases and manage workflow during the shift.
Supervise a team of clinicians.
Facilitate Inter-Disciplinary Team meetings.
Maintain client confidentiality and records in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
