About The Position

The Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a 2nd shift Clinical Crisis Supervisor to join CHD’s CBHC Mobile Crisis Program in Chicopee, MA. Clinical Supervisors will work in a team environment providing care to youth and adults in CHD’s CBHC Mobile Crisis Programs. They will respond to adults and children experiencing mental health and/or substance use related crises throughout the catchment area. Services include crisis evaluation, urgent psychiatry, case management, and peer supports. The program operates 7 days a week, and this is a full-time, 2nd shift position.

Requirements

Master’s Degree, with LICSW or LMHC License required.
Licensed clinicians or license eligible with 3 years of clinical crisis experience.
Reliable, registered & insured vehicle for travel between program locations.
Approved driving record check.
Approved criminal background check (CORI).

Responsibilities

Conduct triage, assessments, clinical consultation and care coordination for adults and children.
Responsible for assigning cases and managing workflow on shift.
Supervise a team of clinicians.
Facilitate Inter-Disciplinary Team meetings.
Maintain client confidentiality and records and individuals’ human rights by complying with applicable laws and regulations.
