The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of clinical services within the LAYC Housing Department. This role provides individual and group supervision to staff, ensures that interventions and services align with social work best practices, and maintains compliance with LAYC policies and the standards established by the Department of Human Services (DHS). The Clinical Coordinator also supports continuous quality improvement by promoting effective, trauma-informed, and culturally competent service delivery that meets the diverse needs of youth and families. Latin American Youth Center’s (LAYC) mission is to empower youth to achieve a successful transition to adulthood, through comprehensive and innovative programs that address youths’ social, academic, and career needs. To achieve this mission, LAYC provides services and opportunities to approximately 4,000 individuals annually to support academic achievement, promote healthy behavior, and guide youth towards successful adulthood.
