Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) required; or Registered Nurse (RN) with BSN/MSN and 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in clinical coordination, team management, and process improvement.
- Expertise in healthcare compliance, patient safety, and regulatory auditing.
- Exceptional communication and strategic decision-making skills; Spanish fluency a plus.

Responsibilities
- Direct clinical workflows, staff coordination, and compliance with accreditation standards such as CIHQ.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care, resource allocation, and quality initiatives.
- Mentor staff, implement evidence-based protocols, and ensure seamless integration with hospital operations.
