About The Position

Chimes is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to guide the day-to-day operations of its Crisis Intervention Program. This role involves supervising a dedicated team, ensuring best-practice care, and helping clients navigate their path to recovery. The position blends clinical leadership with hands-on impact, including supervising staff, managing program operations, and providing direct client services when needed. Requirements

  • Master's degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline
  • 3+ years of post-degree experience in behavioral health
  • 1+ year of increasing supervisory responsibility
  • Pennsylvania Act 33 Clearance
  • Pennsylvania Act 34 Clearance
  • Verification of no Medicaid/Medicare exclusion status
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and standard clinical software systems
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine commitment to diversity, inclusion, and recovery-oriented care

Nice To Haves

  • Licensure and/or certification strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee clinical and nonclinical staff, provide regular individual and group supervision, conduct performance evaluations, and train staff.
  • Manage daily operations of the crisis intervention program, ensure services meet licensing, regulatory, and best-practice standards, and maintain full program coverage.
  • Provide direct services as needed, make prompt referrals to appropriate levels of care, and ensure staff and clients can access community resources.
  • Oversee program budgeting, billing, payroll submissions, and expense tracking in coordination with the Accounting Department.
  • Monitor performance improvement data, respond to client concerns, report incidents promptly, and keep the program audit-ready.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, payers, and community partners, and represent Chimes at interagency meetings.
